Connecting anything can be daunting at first. Trust me, we’ve all been there. I’m here to assure you that connecting your Chatbot is NOT one of those traumatic experiences. It’s a simple task that should take you less than 15 minutes to complete. More importantly, I’m here to walk you through it! Let’s get started.
Step 1: Create a Business Manager on Facebook
What is it?
Business Manager is a Facebook tool that helps you organize and manage your business. It lets you add colleagues and partners (like us!) to help run your business.
Safe and secure.
All your sensitive information is hidden (even your personal Facebook profile). You’ll even set what your partners are and aren’t able to do!
To create a Business Manager
- Go to business.facebook.com/overview
- Click Create Account
- Enter a name for your business, your name, your business email, and then click Next
- Fill out your business details and click Submit
Limitations.
You can only create up to 2 Business Manager accounts. If you need more, we recommend working with a colleague to create an additional Business Manager account.
Step 2: Grant RAIJU Partner Access
What can Partners do?
We’ll be able to connect your Chatbot to your Business page.
Give a Partner Access to Assets in your Business Manager:
- Go to Business Settings
- Below Users, click Partners
- Click Add
- Select Give a partner access to your assets
- Enter our Partner Business ID (ID: 214276323117378) and click Next
- Select Pages in the left column and click your Business page in the middle column
- Grant Admin access for Manage Page and then click Save Changes
You’re all set!
Our Chatbot team will build and connect your Chatbot within 5 business days. We’ll send you an email to confirm the completion of the connection. Once that’s set, you’ll be able to handle leads and prospects like never before!
